On Thursday 9th June Hall Meadow Primary School celebrated the Queen’s birthday with an afternoon tea party. The parents and carers were amazing as you can see from the pictures and the weather even supported us!
The children spent the morning making banners, crowns and preparing for the afternoon events.

PACT also supported by selling refreshments.

I would like to thank the parents and carers for their support for this event both by attending and also for the kind donations of cakes for the PACT stall.

Looking forward at Hall Meadow we are now focused on the summer show. Mrs Caden has been working hard to begin the preparations this week. Parent please make sure you look out for the lines which will be in book bags for the children to rehearse.

Our curriculum this term will be based on Inquiry learning, the children and staff are already well underway with this.

On Tuesday 7th June at the running track, next to Hall Meadow Primary School`s park. At the running track there was year3/4 and there were lots of supports and help from Southfields School (girls and boys). Today was very hot and we had 15 groups and 10 schools. There were 4 hard events: sprint, Long jump, long distance, howler (which is a nerf dart: not a proper dart, just rubber)  The green team came 2nd and the blue team came 8th.
