This week we have been learning about different ways of making bread, getting ready for our own baking next week. We are really excited about visiting Elm Bank on Wednesday and have been writing some super Harvest Poems to share with the residents.

We hope you enjoyed our Harvest Assembly and enjoyed us singing the “Harvest Samba!” We got a little stage fright, but it was a good rehearsal for next Wednesday!

In Science this week we have been thinking about things which are important to humans, animals and plants for survival. We all made choices about which we thought was the most important thing to survive, then discussed and compared our ideas using reasoning and explaining.

In Humanities this week, we found out about compass points and used them to describe a simple route around Kettering.

Look out for a letter this week about our learning next term linked to healthy eating and Literacy!
