This week has been all about visiting the moon. We have written check lists of what we would like to take with us, we visited Bob on the moon avoiding deep craters and sneaky aliens. Once we landed safely we wrote a postcard for Isla all about our journey.

In maths we introduced sticks and bricks, helping us to partition our numbers.

Another big thank you to Mr Craig for yet another amazing mural relating to this term’s topic on our windows.

A fantastic start this week for our spellings……lots of dojos and best scores were given out. Keep up the good work and make sure you apply them in your written work.

We still need your empty 4pt and 6pt milk cartons please……Hall Meadow staff have started us off, it would be great if we could get enough for the children to work in pairs for our science experiment.

We had a lovely visit from Beth and Isla yesterday. The children were rewarded with some lovely smiles when they handed Isla some toys, and everyone could see some changes in Isla since she last visited us.

We added to our terms project again today……do you know what it is yet?

If you read this blog please could you give us a smiley face in the home link diary in the week beginning 20th January notes section. Thank you so much.
