At the start of the week we did some active movement to inspire us with our poetry writing. In music we composed an ensemble piece to accompany a clip of the Lost thing.

In maths we consolidated our learning of Time with everyone making great progress.

Later on in the week we looked at tenths of a whole and we were all able to count up and down in tenths, most converted fractions to decimals and some used number lines to support our learning.

In literacy we wrote a persuasive letter to Mrs Watt's about whether to keep the lost thing in the courtyard or allow it to go through the door! We used fantastic language features: AFOREST. We debated about this topic.

In geography we looked at How London has Changed over time? Who built it and the population changes. Some of us could present this in a bar chart, most could retell this change in sentences.

On our last day we will do the smartie challenge to consolidate our fractions, literacy - creative writing linked to the lost thing and, Art - completing a land or city scape image.

Have a fantastic half term.
