On Monday morning, we had a Diving taster session.
"We had to do five exercises and we got a badge after" - Jessica.
We then solved some problems in maths about fireworks.
"We had to look at how many stars each firework made" - Taylor.
We also wrote a poem about fireworks in literacy using onomatopoeia!
In the afternoon, we looked at Diwali and how it is celebrated.

On Tuesday, in Science we looked at push and pull forces. We identified push and pull forces in the classroom.
"We looked at a picture and we had to find all the push and pull forces in it" - Oliver.
In French, we learnt some more numbers. We also listened to a story about Autumn and we had to find all the French words that looked similar to words in English.

On Wednesday, we enjoyed PE with Mr Palmer where we looked at shape and changing the shape of our bodies.
"We watched a video of a wolf to help us think about the shapes we could make with our bodies" - Sam.

On Thursday, we continued to look at myths in literacy. We read a myth and we then drew a story map showing what had happened.
In maths, we continued to look at weight, estimating how much different items weighed.
"We weighed six things in the classroom using the scale" - Joel.
On Friday, we will be looking at Remembrance.
