When we think of being healthy many of us instantly think about our diet! But, being healthy is about so much more than promising to try and cut down on those things which we know are so bad but taste so good! In fact, being healthy encompasses all aspects of our lives from our social and emotional health right through to our physical health, our diets and our lifestyles.
In this respect it can be seen as the foundation from which children can build their future happiness and indeed their ability to enjoy and achieve at school.
