We value communication at Hall Meadow Primary School and are always finding new and innovative ways to communicate with both our parents and our local community.

 

Arbor Parent Portal

We use an electronic system called Arbor to communicate with families. This includes letters, guardian consultations, club bookings, trip payments and consent. All are sent directly to your email address or to the Arbor App. You can access Arbor on your PC or through the app called Arbor - this allows us to be as paperless and environmentally friendly as possible.

 

Class Dojo

We use an app called Class DOJO to enable all of our class teachers to communicate with the class parents as a whole and this is also used for teachers to share messages, homework, achievements. photos as well as class reminders.

You shall also receive updates from our School Office regarding events and updates. 

 

Newsletter

A termly newsletter is posted on the website at the end of each half-term and you shall receive an email link once this is available online - this gives a more extensive view of school life throughout the term.

Tapestry

Tapestry is used within the Reception class as a further way to communicate as it is specifically adapted to the EYFS curriculum.
